
When preparing for a trip, many people over pack their luggage because they are afraid to leave something behind. It is true that you want to become fully equipped, but you don’t want to pack so much that it is impenetrable to carry around your luggage or become overwhelmed w/ the size or amount you have inside hand. Over-anticipating what you need can become just while frustrating while leaving something @ home because you’ll have to transport everything you bring up and down stairs or elevators and back and forth to the car or airport.
Consider how many days you’re going to travel, then pack accordingly. For example, you don’t need 2 sets of clothes for each day. Take exactly the number of outfits you anticipate actually using, then add 1 too many just inside case. Most of what you need will fit inside 1 suitcase unless you’re traveling for a lengthy period time. You can also carry 1 smaller bag when your means of travel is an airplane. You can place essentials inside it needed during the flight.
